Return and Refund Policy
No Returns
We do not accept returns at this time. Sunagara's Relaxing Special Collection are custom products from print-on-demand businesses and these items are not returnable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you would like to have the item resent, we will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you do find issues and or damages, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please be ready to show evidence of issue(s) and or damages of the item received in order to be considered for a refund.

Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse a claim to refund items that do not comply with our refund policy. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please be ready to show evidence of issue(s) and or damages of the item received in order to be considered for a refund. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
